Coaching

At a time when the word coaching is used in many areas, it seems important to me to clarify its true definition and to point out that coaching is a profession that cannot be improvised.

Coaching is a mode of accompaniment by which the coach will help his coachee to achieve a goal he has set.

  • It is a technical and psychological accompaniment, which varies according to the needs and the request of the person being coached.

  • It is a “resources” and “solutions” oriented approach. It is centered on a present-future axis.

  • It is a partnership approach between the coach and the person being coached which is carried out in co-responsibility.

  • It is a structured approach, it aims for a result that the coachee obtains following the implementation of an action plan.

The basis of coaching is active listening, dialogue and questioning. Interviews take place with respect, empathy and, above all, “non-judgment”. A relationship of trust is established.

I will offer you fun exercises in session or between two sessions. These tools will allow you to gain height, to situate yourself in introspection and to think about what is today and what you want for tomorrow.

You will be the actor of your life, I will be there to guide you.

You will find yourself the solutions in line with what you are.

A coach is:

  • A master of continuous change, he is driven and dedicated to guiding others to greater skill, commitment and self-confidence.

  • He has a positive vision of the world around him, he acts as a developer by stimulating individuals to be bearers of their values and actors in their lives.

  • He is an exporter of energy, a guide who does not judge, who awakens and advances the person being coached on the path to success.

  • He respects complete confidentiality.

  • He works with trust, respect, benevolence, acceptance of others, active listening and secrecy.

 

 

Coaching consists of supporting people individually or collectively in defining and achieving their respective objectives. 

It is a trip for all people who wish to improve their private and professional living conditions by combining benevolence and autonomy.

It is a revealer of potential that allows you to increase your performance and promote your well-being. 

For rapid behavior change, to help you ask the right questions and make the right decisions. 

Coaching allows you to work on you to move forward more serenely on your life path 

Investing in personalized support is investing in yourself and your abilities.

It is the safest investment because it is durable.

This is a moment for you with a person entirely dedicated to listening to you.

This implies a real mutual commitment:

  • The Coach (me) undertakes to implement all means to enable the coachee to achieve the objective.

  • The coachee (you) is committed to yourself and to actively participating in the sessions.

 

For whom/for what?

 

Coaching is for everyone.

It allows you to take stock of your situation and find the answers to your personal or professional questions.

Need for meaning. Today it all begins.

  • You are going through an unexpected life change that throws you into the fog

  • You can't imagine tomorrow

  • Your mind gallops at top speed

  • You no longer know who you are or what you want

  • You feel like you're in the middle of a bridge, hanging in the void

  • You have lost your bearings

  • You are on edge and have trouble communicating with others

  • You sometimes have a tight heart and difficulty breathing.

  • This little voice tells you that it's over there

  • You want to write a new page of your life

 

Focused on the present and the future, coaching allows you to achieve your goals in a limited time in a neutral and caring environment.

 

Coaching is a different approach:

  • Psychotherapy: Exploration of the past to better live the present.

  • Advice: analysis of the present and provision of solutions
